General Manager

Eli’s Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to lead their restaurant operations. This role involves managing all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining financial health. General Managers will be responsible for staff training, budgeting, and ensuring a positive work environment. They will directly supervise managers, chefs, and team members and enforce operational standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years prior restaurant management experience
• Certifications in ServSafe and Food Safety Handler Certification (or within 30 days of hiring)
• Knowledge of business financials (forecasting, budgeting, P&L reports)
• Strong catering/to-go and events background
• Understanding of state and local liquor laws
• Flexibility to work a high-paced schedule with rotating shifts
