Job Description
Eli’s Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations. This role involves ensuring exceptional guest experience, managing financials, maintaining employee relations, and driving sales. The General Manager will be responsible for building and developing a team and implementing marketing strategies to maintain profitability and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience
- Excellent people management skills including conflict resolution, coaching, and development
- ServSafe and Food Safety Handler Certification (or within 30 days of hiring)
- Strong catering/to-go and events background
- Knowledge of business financials
- Experience with bar service and liquor laws
- Understanding of labor, inventory, and waste management
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work extended hours
