Requirements
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience
- Excellent people management skills (conflict resolution, coaching, performance management)
- ServSafe and Food Safety Handler Certification (or within 30 days of hiring)
- Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) certification (or within 30 days of hiring)
- Knowledge of business financials and forecasting
- Experience with bar service and state/local liquor laws
