Elite is the trusted automation platform for law firm operations. As a Sales Development Representative, you will focus on generating qualified leads and scheduling high-value meetings for our Account Managers and Account Executives.
Requirements
- Ability to work through substantial lists of inbound leads and target prospects
- Adhering to a talk track, delivering a meaningful value statement, and executing against a specific targeted campaign
- Engage with prospects through cold calls using a web dialer, and emails using a high velocity sales tool
- Secure high-quality meetings between potential clients and our Salespeople
- Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activities, and engagement progress within our CRM system
- Able to redirect customers to appropriate resources for specific support resolution
- Able to self-learn during dedicated hours per week about specific product platforms and value propositions
- Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company objectives
