Job Description
This role is designed to support both Ellwood City Forge Group and Ellwood Specialty Metals in HR and payroll operations, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across both business units.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of HR Generalist or commensurate level of experience
- 1-2 years of experience in payroll functions
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
