Account Manager, Research Intelligence (Midwest, US)

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our Research Intelligence team, who possesses expertise in consultative selling, complex SaaS solutions, data analytics, and Artificial Intelligence, and has experience partnering with Academic & Research institutions. The role will be responsible for new sales and renewal management of existing customer contracts, focusing on expanding our Research Intelligence business and nurturing existing customer relationships.

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 3-5 years of direct sales experience
• Demonstrate expertise in a consultative, complex solution-sales approach
• Showcase proficiency in strategic account planning and management
• Possess a background in or collaboration with research administration and management functions
• Excel in communication, both verbal and written, and deliver compelling presentations
