Job Description
The LA Dodgers Training Academy Baseball Instructors are responsible for developing and delivering top-level instruction for youth athletes, working with beginner to advanced levels and in various program formats. They are the youth baseball and softball training partner of MLB and participate in a fast-paced, exciting environment with a dedicated team of coaches. This is a fulfilling role for those passionate about youth baseball.
Requirements
- Played and/or coached at the collegiate and/or professional levels
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructional plans and station rotations
- Ability to adjust instructional plans for athletes
- Supportive and encouraging mindset
