Job Description
The LA Dodgers Training Academy is seeking experienced Softball Instructors to develop and deliver top-level instruction to youth athletes. The role involves building relationships with athletes and families, crafting age-appropriate content, and utilizing technologies to enhance the training experience. The position is with a youth baseball and softball training partner of MLB.
Requirements
- Played and/or coached at the collegiate and/or professional levels
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructional plans and station rotations
- Supportive and encouraging mindset
- Learning and utilizing technologies to enhance instruction
- Frequent local travel for programs in surrounding communities
