Job Description
Mariners Training Center instructors develop and deliver top-level instruction for youth athletes, ranging from beginner to advanced. They build relationships with athletes and coaches and collaborate with other instructors. The role involves creating appropriate content, supporting athletes, and utilizing technology in a fast-paced, exciting environment.
Requirements
- Played and/or coached at the collegiate and/or professional levels
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructional plans and station rotations
- Supportive and encouraging mindset
- Learning and utilizing technologies
- Frequent local travel
