Job Description
Mariners Training Center (MTC) Softball instructors are responsible for developing and delivering top-level instruction to youth athletes. MTC is the youth baseball and softball training partner of MLB, providing professional training and development for athletes of all skill levels. The role focuses on building relationships with athletes, collaborating with instructors, and utilizing technology to enhance the training experience.
Requirements
- Played and/or coached at the collegiate and/or professional levels
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructional plans and station rotations
- Ability to adjust instructional plans for athletes
- Supportive and encouraging mindset
- Learning and utilizing technologies
