We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager/Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People & Culture team at EMARKETER. The role will lead recruiting strategy, execution, and operations, partnering closely with leaders across the business to hire thoughtfully and at scale.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of progressive recruiting experience
- Experience leading or mentoring recruiters
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring executives
- Demonstrated involvement in employer brand or talent attraction initiatives
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
- Working knowledge of employment laws and fair hiring practices
