Emerson is seeking a Director Strategic Accounts to lead strategic development for profitable growth by increasing market share in Datacenters (hyperscaler) sectors. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business experience with a proven track record of handling key accounts and driving revenue growth.
Requirements
- Develop and implement a strategic account plan to improve account reach and drive sales growth
- Drive whitespace penetration and growth of net-new use cases where Emerson can drive incremental value and services
- Deep understanding of the customer’s value creating process and alignment of the functional and business unit processes of the two companies
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal team members
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong business insight and understanding of market dynamics
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service
