The Leadership Development Program Lead is responsible for managing and coordinating frontline manager development programs for T&M, with primary ownership of the LEAD program. The role works closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, the Talent Management Lead, and Enterprise HR to ensure frontline manager development programs are delivered effectively, aligned to business needs, and executed with consistency and quality.
