Talent Management Program Lead

The Talent Management Program Lead is responsible for leading the coordination, implementation, and execution of core talent management practices across the T&M business group. This role requires strong stakeholder management, project management, implementation discipline, and change leadership to ensure enterprise programs and talent practices are coordinated effectively and adopted across the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in talent management, organizational development, HR, or related disciplines
• Experience leading or coordinating the implementation of enterprise talent processes or programs within a business segment or matrixed organization
