Job Description
The Plant Manager is responsible for coordinating plant activities, developing and controlling profit plans and manufacturing budgets, and ensuring successful day-to-day operations. The position requires strong leadership, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field, Master’s Degree or MBA preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in engineering, materials, or manufacturing operations management.
- Deep knowledge of lean principles, preferably with an understanding of the Toyota Production System
