Requirements
- Provide overall leadership for plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, materials and production scheduling.
- Establish, track, and improve operational performance through the effective use of metrics and key performance indicators.
- Promote a proactive safety culture by ensuring compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and manage the plant operating budget, analyze financial performance, and implement actions that improve cost efficiency and operational results.
- Build, coach, and develop a high performing leadership team across production, maintenance, quality, and support functions.
- Partner with Human Resources to support workforce planning, training, succession planning, and positive employee and labor relations.
- Ensure product quality meets customer and regulatory expectations by leading root cause analysis, corrective actions, and prevention strategies.
- Collaborate cross functionally with supply chain, procurement, engineering, and commercial teams to align priorities, manage capacity, and support forecasted growth.
- Lead talent development through effective hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management, while supporting long term succession planning.
- Lead in alignment with Emerson policies, ethical standards, and operational practices.
