Plant Manager position leading a multi-shift manufacturing facility of approximately 150 employees within Emerson's global Professional Tools business. Key responsibilities include setting strategic and operational direction, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations, and delivering on customer commitments and business goals.

Requirements

• Provide overall leadership of all plant operations
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize operational performance
• Lead and champion Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and compliance
• Manage plant financial performance
• Build, develop, and engage a high-performing leadership team
• Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, engineering, procurement, and commercial teams
