Job Description
Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner will partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver full-cycle recruitment for roles across Malaysia. The role will involve providing insights on Malaysia's talent landscape, developing and executing attraction and sourcing strategies, and building pipelines of candidates. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, gained in an agency, RPO, or in-house setting. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing
- Experience or exposure to sourcing talent across APAC markets, ideally including Malaysia, China, and ASEAN
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, channels, job platforms, and modern search techniques
- Ability to manage recruitment projects and hiring campaigns with clear timelines and deliverables
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and share insights to guide recruitment decisions
