Maintenance Planner

Role Overview

Plans daily maintenance duties, prioritizes work orders, and manages inventory. Works with Plant Engineering teams to support equipment reliability and mechanical integrity programs. Oversees plant preventative maintenance and predictive maintenance programs.

What You Will Do

Develops work order-based job plans, estimates cost, and schedules maintenance work. Plans for impending maintenance needs, tracks metrics, and reports on maintenance performance. Manages and replenishes parts inventory, orders parts, and performs cycle counts.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Ability to speak, read, and write English Language
• Strong computer skills - maintenance and inventory software and Microsoft products
• Ability to use Enterprise Software for planning and purchasing, SAP preferable
• Maintenance background preferred
• Ability to complete root cause analysis failure reports with cooperation of department teams
• Adaptable and dependable with ability to follow direction and work in cooperation with others
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels within the organization
• Strong problem-solving skills
