We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to align business objectives with employees and management within the organization. The ideal candidate will have exceptional problem-solving abilities, proactive soft skills, and a strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
- 5+ years of proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to identify, interpret, and action data and trends
