
Job description
The Solutions Consultant works within the Sales & Marketing organization as a member of the Go to Market Team, guiding clients from initial inquiry/RFP through onboarding and ongoing services. They work closely with the Sales team throughout the buying process, from scope definition and pricing to contract signature.
Own RFP/Proposal pricing, scope of services, service level agreements, and operational assignments. Prepare system demos, provide content and support for presentation materials, and own the Statement of Work through the contracting process.
The role requires a solid technical background, strong client relationship and project management skills, and experience in benefits administration outsourcing, system implementation, and sales.
