EMR is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to lead a small team in their Contact Centre in Warrington, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing a high volume of customer calls and emails, and supporting the team to stay organised and motivated.
Requirements
- Previous experience leading or coaching a team in a customer service environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support customers and colleagues effectively
