The Business Development Representative is responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities and setting qualified meetings for Sales Representatives. This role focuses on outbound and inbound prospect engagement, early stage qualification, and consistent pipeline creation in support of revenue growth.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a BDR or SDR role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable engaging prospects via phone, email, and social platforms
- Ability to follow a structured sales development process
- Experience using CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics CRM, HubSpot, or similar preferred)
