
Job description
We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our dynamic team in Toronto. The IT Support Analyst will provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a high degree of customer service. The role requires experience in administering Active Directory, Office365, and Microsoft operating systems.
The IT Support Analyst will triage and escalate tickets, provide basic in-house training, publish support documentation, and support external clients onsite. The role also involves ordering and deploying computer hardware, arranging for external technical support, and participating in on-call rotation.
To be successful as the IT Support Analyst, you will need 2-3 years of previous IT Service Desk and/or Technical Call Centre experience, incident management experience, and experience in administering Security Groups, Active Directory, and Office365.
