IT Support Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role is hybrid, with a requirement to be onsite at least 3 days/week at our facility in High Peak, UK. You will be responsible for providing IT support to the wider operational team across all levels to ensure all systems are available and functioning as needed.

What You Will Do

Your main duties will include configuring, supporting, and routine administration of IT equipment, gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements, performing break/fix analysis, monitoring queues, and developing new processes and procedures to improve existing services.

Requirements

• GCSEs in English and Maths as a minimum
• Relevant experience in technical support and troubleshooting desktop client hardware and software issues
• In-depth knowledge and extensive hands-on experience in desktop operating system maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ability to support, maintain, and troubleshoot MS Office suite of productivity tools
• Ability to plan and organize work schedules and coordinate schedules to meet work priorities and service levels
• Good interpersonal skills to deal with customers, colleagues, and other technical staff in a courteous and friendly manner
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity
• Full, clean driving license and own transport
