Job description
We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our Operational Department team in Lae. The role involves delivering quality Business Centre service to Hastings Deering users, ensuring safety goals are achieved, and providing remote troubleshooting support on desktop issues.
The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for incident calls and emails from users, providing remote troubleshooting support, escalating unresolved cases, and documenting all reported incidents.
This role is ideal for someone with a diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology and previous experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will have excellent computer knowledge and be able to work with various software and systems.
