IT Support Analyst role seeking a motivated individual to join the IT Operations team in the Brisbane CBD, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and collaborating with the support team to deliver exceptional customer service and user support.
Requirements
- Timely and effective technical support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems
- Assisting users with computer application and platform inquiries
- Documenting support interactions and resolutions in the service desk ticketing system
