
Job description
The IT Support Analyst will provide support and training across all information systems, collaborating with a customer service mindset. The role involves log, analyse and resolve IT incidents, queries and requests, and advise partners and staff on operational IT matters.
Provide first point of contact support to partners and staff, escalate where necessary, and increase adoption of technology among legal practitioners and business services teams.
The successful candidate will have strong collaboration skills, good technical ability, and a customer service mindset. They will be able to work in a high-pressure environment, build and maintain strong relationships, and remain calm under pressure.
