Job description
Provide first-line support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining network systems, and implementing IT solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Work closely with the IT team and be independently driven.
Help desk support, general IT support, IT infrastructure support, IT hardware procurement and management, and factory-based support.
Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure, motivated and driven, and ability to work as part of a team.
