
Job description
Join our fast-paced, collaborative IT team as an experienced IT 1st Line Support Analyst. You'll be the first point of contact for technical issues, resolving most incidents on first contact and delivering excellent customer service.
Provide 1st line support for IT incidents and service requests, troubleshoot video conferencing tools, log and track issues using ITSM tools, and assist with IT projects and system improvements.
