Job Description
Encord is looking for a Growth Manager to drive organic growth, manage the customer journey, and develop content strategies for its AI platform. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or technical writing, and is proficient in using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for content workflows.
Requirements
- Drive qualified organic traffic and optimize the customer journey
- Develop content strategies for traditional search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms
- Create and optimize engagement touchpoints to reduce friction and qualify visitor intent
- Manage lead routing and enrichment processes using marketing automation tools
- Research and adapt to evolving search behaviors
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to create technical content
- Build strategic relationships within relevant professional communities
