Requirements

• 2–5 years of recruiting experience
• Experience hiring for high-volume or repeatable roles
• Strong sourcing fundamentals and comfort with outbound outreach
• Ability to assess candidates quickly and thoughtfully
• Highly organized, responsive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
