Account Manager, CE

The Account Manager is responsible for providing customer service to external and internal customers, ensuring Service Level Agreement parameters are met, and negotiating with customers to reach agreement on payment or resolution of issues.

Requirements

• 2 years experience of which 1 year experience in International process
• Graduate from UK/US -Collections/Non-Collections background
• Basic PC Skills
• GCSE level in English & Maths
• Good negotiations skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to handle a varying and demanding workload
• Ability to meet tight time deadlines
