Account Manager, CE

Account Manager, CE position responsible for providing customer service, managing external collections and customer support, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to handle a varying and demanding workload.

Requirements

• Ensure Service Level Agreement parameters are met
• Facilitate verbal and written communication with customers and authorized third parties
• Maintain accurate records on the Company's internal systems
• Negotiate with customers or authorized third parties to reach agreement on payment or resolution of issues
• Provide an efficient professional service to both internal and external stakeholders
• Provide support, cover, assistance, and guidance to other teams within support operations
• Use various systems to obtain, utilize, and process documentation relating to customers/authorized third parties
