We have multiple long-term monitoring assignments available in the Buffalo area and are looking to expand our team. The ideal candidate will have a current Asbestos Project Monitor Certification, OSHA Training, and at least one year of relevant experience.
Requirements
- Perform project monitoring and air sampling for asbestos, lead, mold, radon, heavy metals, indoor air quality, and other contaminants.
- Conduct clearance visual inspections to determine project completeness.
- Assist in asbestos, lead-based paint, hazardous materials inspections, and indoor air quality investigations, including radon testing, mold testing, and water sampling.
- Conduct lead-based paint inspections, risk assessments, and clearance testing.
- Assist with drafting inspection and monitoring reports.
- Provide complete and accurate technical data and reports for project management.
- Assist with industrial hygiene sampling and ensure compliance with LEED, NYS legislation, and other applicable standards.
- Support general data entry duties for the laboratory and office as needed.
- Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
