Job Description
We are seeking a Sr. Environmental Specialist-Asbestos with expertise in asbestos, lead-based paint, PCB, and mold investigations to lead complex environmental projects from hazardous building materials assessments through abatement design and construction administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in hazardous building materials, environmental compliance, or asbestos consulting
- Active OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER
- Valid NYS driver's license
- NYSDOL-Certified Asbestos Building Inspector and Asbestos Project Designer
- Additional certifications preferred
