As a Business Development Representative Manager, you will lead, develop, and scale a team of Business Development Representatives, driving pipeline growth and building scalable systems and playbooks to support team growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing BDRs
• Ability to coach process and skill development, not just motivate performance
• Data-driven operator who uses metrics to diagnose and solve problems
• Demonstrated ability to hold a team accountable through misses while maintaining morale
• Experience scaling a BDR team in a high-growth environment preferred
