Business Development Representative

We're looking for ambitious Business Development Representatives who want to build elite sales careers at Enertiv, a fast-growing company building a vertically integrated sustainability platform for real estate. This role is designed for people who want to become Account Executives within 12–24 months.

Requirements

• Generating qualified pipeline through outbound email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach
• Researching target accounts and identifying key decision makers
• Booking qualified meetings for Account Executives
• Supporting mid-funnel deal progression by mapping contacts within active accounts
• Drafting multi-threaded outreach to expand engagement across buying committees
• Partnering closely with AEs to maintain momentum on active deals
• Holding AEs accountable to follow-ups and next steps when needed
