Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Finance
- 10 years experience managing the Finance/ Compensation function
- 5 years HR Reward experience
- Strong knowledge of Labour Acts (LRA, BCEA, EEA) and Employee Share Schemes
- CA(SA), Global Rewards Practitioner Certification
