The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in business and company law, 3-5 years of experience in corporate law, and excellent knowledge of company law and contract law.

Requirements

• Degree equivalent to a Master's degree in business and company law
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a corporate law position
• Excellent knowledge of company law and good mastery of contract law
• Autonomy, sense of priorities, team spirit, and rigor
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a sense of service, and very good writing skills
