High school diploma, 3-5 years of maintenance experience, and strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
Manufacturing Engineer
2-5 years of experience in CNC manufacturing environment, B.S. in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, and proficiency in CAD/CAM software
Quality Assurance Engineer
5+ years of work experience. GD&T knowledge required. AS9102 & AS13002 experience. APQP/PAPP experience
Welder/Fabricator
High school diploma or GED, 3–5 years of welding and fabrication experience, and proficiency in MIG welding
Director of Quality
Bachelor's in Engineering or related field. 10+ years quality leadership in aerospace/defense. Knowledge of quality standards (AS9100, ISO 9001, Nadcap). Strong expertise in metrics, GD&T, non-destructive testing
Mechanical Engineer
20+ years experience in mechanical engineering; experience with HVAC systems; knowledge of hydronic and building automation systems; proficient in AutoCad and Revit. Additional experience in HVAC or healthcare is a plus
Sr. Electrical engineer
BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. 5-10 years of experience. Experience with DO-254, DO-178C, or similar. Must be authorized to work in the US and secure clearance (future)
Lead steel estimator
5-10 years experience in steel industry, TEKLA/BlueBeam proficiency, and strong vendor coordination skills are key requirements. Must have software proficiency
CAD Detailer
Experience in metal fabrication/structural detailing. Must be able to read blueprints and AutoCAD. Software proficiency (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Tekla) preferred
CAD Drafter
5 yrs drafting/design exp. Fluent in AutoCAD LT. Experience with sheet metal design is a plus
