Job Description

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing and operations
- Bachelor's degree
- Willingness to work during off shifts
- Commitment to a 3-year training program
- Proven track record of academic and/or professional achievement
- Ability to confidently interact with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization
