Job Description
The Operations Leadership Development Program is a 3-year rotational assignment in the functional areas of production supervision, planning, and continuous improvement, with opportunities for on-the-job training, project work, and internal networking.
Requirements
- 3-year rotational assignment in the functional areas of production supervision, planning, and continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
- Willingness to work during off shifts depending on business needs and requirements
- Commitment to a 3-year training program with competitive compensation and full benefits package
- Proven track record of academic and/or professional achievement
- Self-starter with a proclivity for taking initiative and jumping right in
- Ability to confidently interact with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization
- Ability to stretch outside your comfort zone - effectively adapting to new assignments, managers, business challenges
