Job Description
Entitlements Case Manager role at Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center, LLC or Community Wellness Outpatient Mental Health Center, LLC. Provide case management services to clients with mental health and substance use challenges. Opportunities for both independent contractor and traditional employment arrangements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, nursing, or a related field
- Valid Maryland licensure (LCADC, LGADC, CAC-AD, CSCAD, ADT, LCPC, LGPC, LCSW-C, LCSW, LMSW, LBSW, LCMFT, LGMFT, Psychologist, Registered Psychology Associate, CRNP-PMH, APRN-PMH, CNS-PMH)
- 2+ years of experience in behavioral health, psychiatric rehabilitation, Health Home coordination, or community-based case management
