Requirements
- Experience in a technical support / help desk role
- Basic knowledge of electronics and automation
- Ability to work with operating systems and device software
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work remotely and use remote access tools
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and good time-management skills
- Good command of English (B2 level)
- Native or fluent Polish
