Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (ideally with a concentration in HR), Human Resources Management or a related field
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with sourcing channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, and social media
- Basic understanding of full-cycle recruiting and interview coordination
