Technical Recruitment Associate

We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Technical Recruitment Associate to join our growing team. You will support full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, learn to source top talent, conduct screenings, and support hiring managers.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (ideally with a concentration in HR), Human Resources Management or a related field
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Familiarity with sourcing channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, and social media
• Basic understanding of full-cycle recruiting and interview coordination
