Job Description
We are launching a new TikTok business unit and looking for a Director of TikTok to build the vision, strategy, team, and service model from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic, entrepreneurial leader to make a lasting impact on the future of our organization.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in social media strategy, TikTok content leadership, performance marketing, or influencer program management
- Strong understanding of TikTok's creative ecosystem, trends, paid media platform, influencer marketplace, and analytics tools
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build something from zero to one
- Strong communication, client-facing, and presentation skills
