The Equinox Golf Resort & Spa is seeking a Guest Service Agent / Resort Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional customer service, manage front desk operations, and ensure a positive guest experience. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of direct customer service experience, a high school diploma/GED, and proficiency with computers and technical systems. Key responsibilities include greeting and welcoming guests, handling reservations, and maintaining the lobby area. This is an hourly position with a potential starting wage of $19.00 per hour and opportunities for part-time or full-time hours.
