Via Sophia is looking for a Restaurant Manager to assist the Restaurant General Manager in the day to day operations of the restaurant for the front of the house staff. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operation of all food and beverage outlets and ensuring high quality product and service to all guests.
Requirements
- Flexibility to work AM, PM and weekends
- 2-3 years of progressive combined experience in a hotel food and beverage department and in free-standing high-volume restaurants
- Restaurant opening experience
- Strong knowledge of steps of service, SOP's, dining and team training
- Effective organization, guest relations, and oral and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Ability to obtain Food Handlers and TIPS certification Card
