Job Description
The Social Services Case Manager provides intensive and individualized customer-centered case management services requiring advanced knowledge in a field of science or learning. They assess the needs of active client cases, decide upon a course of action, and coordinate, organize, and address the needs for social services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human services discipline
- 3+ years' experience in social services
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Bi-lingual English and Spanish
